Filipinos are starting to emerge from one of the strictest coronavirus lockdowns in the world. The Philippines shut down in mid-March and only eased virus rules at the start of June with limited public transport and offices permitted to have skeleton staff in an effort to reopen the economy. Enforced quarantine measures forced millions of Filipinos to have more time for themselves than they may be used to. But there has never been a better time to get to know oneself – intentionally or not – while in isolation.
Q1. What did you learn about yourself during the quarantine period?
I am grateful for what I have
I am adaptable and resilient
I am full of gratitude for the simple things in life
I am skilled at several things than I realized
I have another opinion
Thanks for taking part
